Where to Rent/buy/repair
Depending on how you are traveling to the Collingwood area, the best bet is to bring your own bike and equipment. That being said, there are a few local bike shops that do rent road bikes for approximately $75 per day. Be sure to contact them well in advance, they will require measurements from your bike, so they can have a rental set up and ready to go when you arrive.
Troubles with your bike or set up while your on your cycling vacation? During the cycling season, the local bike shops will look after you. Let them know you're on vacation, be nice to them...tip them well and they'll get you back on the road for your next ride. The key...be nice and polite.
